Ramen
Ingredients
- Maruchan Ramen, 1 Package (includes dry noodles, seasoning packet)
- Water, 2 Cups
- Saucepan
Cooking
- Boil 2 Cups water in saucepan
- Add noodles and cook 3 minutes, or until noodles are soft.
Stir occasionally.
- Turn off heat. Add contents of seasoning package. stir well.
- Serve hot.
Tips
- To make the dish less salty, use less of the seasoning packet.
- Ramen can be eaten as noodle soup, or the water can be drained.
- Ramen can be eaten as a quick snack, or it can be the base for delcious meals.
- Vegetables like spinach or bok choy can be cooked with the soup– simply add them at the same time as the noodles.
- Cooked noodles can be used as the base for stir fry or other dishes.
